Portrait: Honorable Mention 2018 (professional)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The sun has gone down, it's dark. We are in the countryside in Thailand, in the middle of the rice fields. The heat was terrible today. After the shower, to cool off, we cover ourselves with talcum. We are dry, we feel fresh, it's really good. Under the neon lights, these faces with tanned skin covered with white powder offer a strange and captivating show, accompanied by Buddhist prayers spread through loudspeakers all over the fields.
