ENTRY DESCRIPTION
A picture is worth a thousand words. I just wanted to show the simplicity and the beauty of this common butterfly visible during spring and called marbled white (Melanargia galathea) resting over an herbaceous plant, taken early in the morning.
As this butterfly is black (or dark brown) and white, it's a perfect subject for monochrome photography.
