ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This photo was taken during a visit to the Museum of Islamic Art in Qatar by I.M Pei in December 2018.

The building itself is a beautiful combination of simple volumes (cubes) that rely on light to “dress” them with shadows of different intensities. In this spot, during this time of the year and at this particular time of the day, this gorgeous man-made structure seemed to play a delightful game of balance with the sun of the middle east.
