This image is part of my project 'dark side of nights'. 'Dark side of nights' exists of only dark nightshots from well- and less-known architectural objects. Black is beauty!

AUTHOR
Since the beginning of 2006 I am a passionate photographer of landscapes, cityscapes and architecture. Right from the start I discovered that photographing is really fascinating. And besides, I soon discovered that photographing in black and white is not only fascinating, but also gives a deeper meaning to the images; really amazing! And I still think so.

Black and white turns an everyday picture into a timeless artistic image. That's why I have a strong preference for black and white photography and I really love to continually improve my work. I often work with soft and foggy light. Silence, emptiness and space are recurring elements in my work.

An ode to simplicity.
