Landscapes: Honorable Mention 2019 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I originally showed up to this location to photography Mount Fuji at sunset. However, after arriving I realized there was not going to be a sunset, so I was forced to quickly adapt. I put my both my ND filters (16 stops), and grabbed this image by using an 8 minute exposures to smooth out the waves in the water. The wind was rather strong, so I had to shield my camera with my body to ensure everything was sharp. I looked a little weird, but it was worth it to grab this heavenly looking image.
