Landscapes: Honorable Mention 2019 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Bridalveil Fall in Yosemite National Park gives way to a series of streams through the rocks when water flow is at its lowest in the October. While the fall itself commands attention for its dramatic drop, the small tributaries of Bridalveil Creek below offer fascinating subject matter. I loved how the mist of the fall turned into a zigzagging stream and was able to find a viewpoint where these dancing cascades aligned by climbing a large boulder in the creek.
