AUTHOR
I see and I imagine. My work features deeply contemplative minimal landscapes inspired by the use of geometric elements, forms and light found within the natural and man made environments. I use black and white long exposure photography as a means of creating evocative, ethereal and enigmatic imagery. This technique suggests a visual reconstruction where the truth can coalesce to form a graphic impression of what is before me, rather than a direct reproduction of it.
Through my lens I explore themes such as isolation, minimalism and solitude. I attempt to portray these themes with graphic appeal creating an immersive experience that casts an impression that is indicative of my innate response while spending time exploring and photographing planet earth.
