ENTRY DESCRIPTION
During my stay in Kinabalu Nationalpark in Borneo I could photograph this frog, sitting on a leaf. First I tried to photograph the frog from below but I was never satisfied, after some time I changed on the otherside an photographed the frog from above using a flash from below to carve out its outlines and the leaf-veins.
Frogs are declining in many parts of the world due to habitat destrcution, dangerous fungi and climate change but many people aren't noticing their decline. Amphibians are an important part of the ecosystems, and with each species vanishing we are loosing more and more of the beauty, we call nature.
