ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Vol. 1 is the name of a photobook I made for my photoschool project at Bilder Nordic School of Photography.. Over a periode of 12 weeks i met up with 15 rappers in Oslo, Norway. The book is a tribute to those who, after years of practice, have made a name for themselves on the national Hip hop scene. I was astonished by these artists: by their talent, by their individuality, and by their sheer creativity. They invest so much time and hard work in perfecting their rhymes, their flow and their performance. They could have been professional athletes, but they chose music.

Hi, My name is Magnus Aune I'm 34 years old, for the last 3 years I have been a student at Bilder Nordic School of Photography in Oslo, Norway.
I spent almost 10 years as a bartender and my life was going nowhere. when I turned 30 I had like a "midlife crisis" and quit my job and bought a camera. It was the start of a new adventure and a journey in to the world of photography. The rest is as they say, history.
