New York Streets have such diversity of cultures and people, it is one of the greatest places on earth to photograph the diversity in the world.
No matter what kind of rules society lays in front of us, New York streets shows the beautiful and the brutal truth of life.
I try to freeze a moment of truth in life objectively.
These photos were taken two years back in time that never made it to the surface.
AUTHOR
Ece Diler is a Filmmaker/ Painter, from Istanbul, Turkey. Ece currently lives in Los Angeles.
Her main source of art is people and the complex emotions that reflect from their nature.
Ece has been using the form of painting as a way of expression since she was a little kid. She loved books and what they thought about all the possibilities of the world.
When she was in middle school Ece, started writing her own short stories and poems. As she got to University, she chooses to study "Comparative English Literature".
After graduating, she moved to New York City, where she was introduced to the world of Filmmaking.
She worked in a couple of Short Movies as an Art Director, until she decided she wants to write, tell her own stories.
Ece merged her knowledge of painting expressions with real situations and emotions on screen.
She loves turning something so imaginary to something solid that can be seen and felt forever.
She is also currently the owner of a decorative pillow company.
