ENTRY DESCRIPTION

AUTHOR
Carlos Bouza was born in the German city of Karlsruhe in 1962, where he spent his childhood. When he was barely ten years old, he moved to Madrid, the city in which he currently resides. Part of his childhood is spent traveling between Spain and Germany, which in all probability influences him to be the tireless traveler that he is. He has lived in the cities of Valencia and Seville, stays that have contributed greatly to his artistic development. During his Sevillian period, he traveled all over Andalusia camera in hand, beginning his teaching work organizing conferences and photographic trips to Morocco and Portugal.
Training
His photographic training began as an assistant to the photographer Tomé Ros. He finished his apprenticeship in Professional Photography at the F8 School of Photography, now defunct. Carlos Bouza is also a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technologies from the University of Wales and has participated in various specialization courses in digital marketing, computing and photography.
Experience
Throughout his career Carlos Bouza collaborates with the Thyssen Krupp company; in press agencies such as Efe and Cordon Press; with the University School of Industrial Technical Engineering (EUITI) and the National Distance Education University (UNED) and in social photography reports for Aulocolor I. He was part of the Cibapress photographic laboratory team as Director of Photography.
Projects
Although most of his work is related to photojournalism and documentary and industrial photography, he works in parallel carrying out various personal projects and developing his creativity with the collection of artistic and author photography.
