ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The Svartifoss in Iceland is one of the waterfalls, which is not directly located beside the road. 1.4km more or less demanding walk lay ahead for us to reach our destination. At our arrival some snow has fallen and the massive last weeks rain was completely frozen and challenged us from time to time. At the location I was a bit disappointed about the Svartifoss, a huge tourist platform was built directly in front of the waterfall. It took us quite a while to find the perfect location for a photo and to get around this platform. In the end I was totally happy with the result and this shot was not something that we just received…
