Wildlife: Honorable Mention 2019 (professional)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Glaciers provide for the endless wildflower fields, who, in turn, feed the mountain goats and other mammals. This balance exists, adapts and thrives everywhere. Our immediate job as caretakers is to insure nothing threatens this miraculous harmony. This photo was taken on my honeymoon trip to Glacier National Park. A mountain goat wandered into my frame during sunset at one of my favorite lakes, making for a truly memorable scene.
