ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This was taken after a blizzard had just finished when I was driving along the Snaefellsnes Peninsular, Iceland, in March of 2020. The scenery was emerging from the low cloud and snow but it was still quite emergent. This made for quite an abstract and minimal composition which I really liked; a bit like a Japanese Sumi-e ink painting.

AUTHOR
I'm a keen amateur photographer with a passion for minimalist images. This kind of photography allows me to create and quite frankly escape a little bit from 'reality.' I live in rural North Wiltshire in the UK but through my job I have the opportunity to travel far and wide. I particularly like seascapes but dabble in all kinds of landscape. Currently use Fuji GFX kit.
