Sand Flowers by Peter Karry (United Kingdom)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Patterns found on a Hebrides beach caused by the movement of the seawater over sand. These patterns resembled the petals of a flower exploding across the usual sandscape.
AUTHOR
A self-taught amateur photographer. Has been recognised for using bright and saturated colours in his images, so has only recently moved to monochrome mostly through using Infrared converted cameras.
