ENTRY DESCRIPTION
State Legislative Building ( Vidhaan Sabha: विधान सभा ) is one of the key buildings in the Capitol Complex of City Beautiful: Chandigarh. In this city designed by Le Corbusier (Charles-Édouard Jeanneret-Gris), this complex is where he expressed himself the most. This photograph is an attempt to appreciate the finer details of a monumental art piece of brutalism style of architecture. It is a crux of the various geometric shapes and freedom of concrete, ranging from the hyperbolic structure with bull horns on top to the carefully composed water spouts.

I am an architect by profession. I graduated in 2019 from Chandigarh College of Architecture and have been working towards my passion for photography simultaneously. Capturing architecture is a way of learning, understanding and expressing architecture for me.
