ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Salk Institute is an internationally renowned and award-winning scientific research institution, with six Nobel laureates, to explore life's foundations. It selected world-renowned architect Louis I. Kahn to design its facility. I photographed this site early this year to show the world this fantastic architectural design and a calm and peaceful environment where our top-notch researchers are working around the clock to develop new medicines to combat diseases such as Covid-19. I also want to demonstrate how excellent image quality we could achieve today with a smartphone.
