This image is part of a series that uses round-headed leeks to exemplify different stages and feelings in our journey through the pandemic of 2020. It is also an exploration of what defines the shapes of a human body and about different types of connection.

AUTHOR
Amateur photographer based in Tokyo, using artistic photography to explore universal patterns occurring in nature. Visualizing patterns, structures and forms that transcend species, time and physical reality helps me interrogate transiency and permanence, frailness and robustness, and find fundamental beauty in everyday life.
