ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This is a Photoshop creation, consisting of 7 different pictures, which I have photographed. I love to see the world through the camera, to represent it and to design the photo according to my taste. Photographing and developing my pictures on the computer enables me to play creatively with the visual language, to communicate and to create a mood. This gives me a sense of freedom and allows me to connect the image I have of the world with reality outside the camera.
In a shop, I saw a vintage watch that inspired my idea for this painting. I would like to fly away like birds and escape my limited time, which is filled with work and family.
Even as a child I liked to photograph and develop my pictures in my mother's darkroom. Unfortunately, I neglected photography because of my studies, my work and my family. After a long break, I did it again and am happy to present my pictures on the photo pages 1x.com.
AUTHOR
Nic Keller is a fine art photographer from Switzerland. She practices photo manipulation to complement her profession in an educational institution. Nic Keller creates manipulated photos from many of her own photographs, which she then puts together to create a new picture, thus creating surreal images. She preferably designs her pictures in black and white.
