ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Hooge Crater Cemetery, Ypres, Belgium. Among the flat fields of Belgium are scattered the British and Commonwealth cemeteries of WWI. All British soldiers who were killed in battle during WWI were buried near where they fell. This cemetery is one of many found throughout the old Western Front.
