ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The Volcán de Colima is the most active volcano in Mexico. The explosion was on February 3rd, 2017, this was a gorgeous event. That day, I was very close, to 10 km from the crater. The explosion was at sunset and the lights had a high contrast. It was a very excited day for me.

I am an amateur photographer who loves the photographs of nature, mainly from volcanoes. I live very close from Volcán de Colima in Mexico. In the year 2017 several explosions occurred and they launched ash and pyroclastic flows. Fortunately, I was able to capture the moment with my camera. I show you one of my favorite photos in black and white.
