Landscapes: Honorable Mention 2020 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The art of fog. For me, fog is one of the most interesting elements in photography. It gives the landscape a sense of depth and coveres/reveales specific parts of it. On an early morning in march - the higher mountains in Bavaria were still covered with snow - I made my way up to this viewpoint high above the valley. During blue hour I was lucky enough to capture the fog rolling over the ridge and floating from one valley into another. I love the mystic atmosphere such events are able to create.
