ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Many of the day cruise boats on Lac Léman are Belle Epoque paddle steamers. This one called "la Suisse" is from 1910 and I took it from the Lavaux region at sunset.

I am a Swiss human resources professional and a hobbyist photographer. I have lived in France, the UK and in the USA. I love the mood, the softness and the emotion that black and white photos convey. It adds timelessness to images and I find the conversion process in black and white more creative than in colour.
