ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Spring 2020: freeze frame. The world is taking a break. Nature takes back its rights.
Sometimes you have to impose a pause on the human so that he begins to see the beauty of things...
We live in a crazy world.
The divine is watching us and the angels must laugh at us.
Everything is there, within reach, and we pass by without seeing the essence of the universe which calls out to us to stop in silence.
My lungs paused. I'm suffocating; I'm tired. I still have to wander with my camera and focus on the essential look. Nature helps me to breathe: I scrutinize it and it also looks at me.
We understand each other.
The living is fascinating art!
AUTHOR
Claire Farah, who holds a Master's degree from the Ecole du Louvre, has been practicing photography since 2020, fascinated by human beings and their ability to inscribe emotions in matter.
Black and white, timeless and aesthetic, is her preferred choice. Photography, with its magic and surprise effect, allows her to see beyond appearances. It helps her to question the world.
Her current project examines contemporary bodies, comparing them to those of ancient sculpture. Her work is a quest for Beauty and the Divine. Her singular approach, as a woman and as an artist, is distinguished by an authentic eye, direct and filled with wonder at the most minute details that Light offers us.
