ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Hunting with eagles is still a tradition practiced by Kazakhs and the Kyrgyz in the Provinces Bayan-Olgii, Mongolia and Xinjiang, China. These people are famous with golden eagles. We were at the festival in Oct to witness the annual competition of who's the best eagle hunter. Just outside the competition field, I saw this man with his eagle rushing towards the competition site at last minutes. I was excited to see him coming and gotten my gears ready for this special moment.

I considered myself an amateur photographer who delights in discoveries of the greatness and beauty of this world.

I was a military pilot for 25 years before joining the airlines since 2007. I love travelling; love nature especially beautiful landscapes. But it was not until 2015 that I became serious with photography. It all started when my wife showing me a beautiful sunbird's chick she took using her compact camera.

There was no turned back thereafter. We started with long tele-photo lenses for bird photography to landscape and most recently, exploring into the beauty of Black and White.

It is my hope that many people will get to see the beauty of this wonderful creation through my lenses.
