ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This is at a beach in San Diego County shortly after the death of George Floyd. A lot of memorials and community demonstrations take place here. There are some speeches, which are followed by a "Paddle Out", where everyone jumps on their surfboard or other floating device and goes out past the breakers. We gather in a circle and observe a moment of silence with Mother Ocean. That's how my hometown does it and I love it.
