ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The picture for me is at a cross-section of all that I like about photography. It incorporates the cold textures of a modernist, minimalist architecture, an unplanned and unchoreographed shot in the streets of Berlin. Ultimately, it tells a story, though I don't really like to explain my thoughts in taking a specific picture, the running woman under the gaze of the security camera, amidst this scarce cityscape, speaks very strongly to me.
AUTHOR
As an amateur photographer I started photography in the context of traveling around the world. Apart from travel, I learned to appreciate architectural photography for the concise shapes and forms. Lately, I have increasingly tried to put people into that context by adapting to a more street-style of taking pictures.
