ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This photo was taken in Birmingham, Alabama from a bridge. I saw a father and son walking on the path. What caught my eye was the sunlight that mixed with the shadows. It gave an ordinary pathway a dreamy feel.

By nature Phyllis Westland is a story teller. For her, photography is a method of telling her life story. Each photograph she takes connects memories, experiences, and expressions of her feelings, one to the other. The last image she takes will be the end of her story.
