ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The Giant Oceanic Manta Ray, with a wing span of up to 7 meters is the largest ray in the world. At Revillagigedos Islands, Mexico, these gentle giants are particularly friendly with divers, often coming up close and personal to eyeball the strange bubble blowing creatures. In this photo, I steadied myself with the noon sun above me and waited for this ray to glide by.
