ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I'm not a wildlife photographer by profession by any means. However, growing up with Natgeo magazines and watching planet earth, I've had a passion for the outdoors and the animals in it. So, every now and then when the opportunity arises I'll try my had at photographing wildlife.
In this shot I was setting up for a product shoot and right next to me (deep in a huge evergreen) was this screech owl. I immediately drop everything run to change lenses and got the shot. This shot one was my favorite, it gives the owl an appropriate mysterious character, along with capturing those soul piercing eyes.
For the people who want a non poetic description - I finally caught the damn thing that keeps me up
Location - Texas
