ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This photograph was taken on a cloudy day that had not been intended for birds in flight. When I saw this Osprey fly in and fish I decided that I needed to try to get this back-lit, cloudy day shot. This was taken in Bucks County, Pennsylvania by the Delaware River.

AUTHOR
I began photographing birds in about 2017. My goal initially was to take a camera into the field to help me with bird identification. After about a year of really terrible shots I decided to pursue photography more seriously. It is a journey that has given me some of my most joyous moments in life, and I look forward to many more years of adventures in the field.
