ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The installation of Gerry Judah’s new monumental sculpture The Scroll (2019) in Sharjah, UAE marks the start of a year of celebrations as the Emirate becomes the UNESCO World Book Capital for 2019.

This landmark sculpture stands close to Sharjah University City and Sharjah International Airport, at the front of the House of Wisdom

AUTHOR
Wael onsy is an Architect based in Dubai, UAE. He was born in Port Said, Egypt. Travelling and exploring countries is his passion. He started exploring all types of photography as a hobby in 2012 and is now concentrating on travel and landscape photography. He loves to show the world through his eyes and his own perspective as an architect. He participated in many local and regional exhibitions and received many awards and his work got published in many publications including the National Geographic magazine.
