AUTHOR
JOE LAI is a self-taught photographer with a keen eye for capturing life's most precious moments. Nurtured in the bustling streets of Taichung, Taiwan, shuttled in the elegant atmosphere of London architecture, photography has always held a special place in Joe's heart. Through a steep learning curve and persistent practice, he has honed his photography to a level of proficiency. When he's not busy making people look their best (which is rare), you can find him at local coffee shops trying to score free drinks with his award-winning smile.

Specializes in crafting beautiful and romantic images that showcase the grandeur and aesthetic of portraits and weddings. By skilfully utilizing the surrounding landscape and architecture, he creates dramatic and striking images.

Joe's work has been recognized on an international level, earning him numerous awards, including first-place honours at prestigious photography competitions such as WPPI, IPA, MPI, WPE, ND Awards, One Eyeland, AsiaWPA, FAPA, and PPAC. He has been honoured with over 400 international awards, a testament to his skill and dedication as a photographer.
