ENTRY DESCRIPTION
El Chaltén, Argentina A perfect lenticular cloud is positioned over Mount Fitz Roy, better known as El Chaltén, one of the most beautiful natural parks in South America.
The strong winds of Patagonia shape the clouds causing striking figures which we can associate with strange phenomena but which are normal in the world and linked to the climate and its characteristics.
"I had arrived in Chaltén the day before and it was very cloudy, only at times you could distinguish a silhouette on the mountain, this did not discourage me and the second day with the same weather conditions I decided to face luck and began a small ascent from the viewpoints near the town with the hope of being able to see something at sunset ... it is so that from one minute to another the strong winds discovered the silhouette of the mountain but there would be more ... an incredible lenticular cloud perfectly positioned on the summit I force myself to quickly begin to shutter before the clouds covered the Fitz Roy again. A magical moment and a reward for my decision in front of all forecasting to wait for a ray of light and here is the result ".
