Landscapes: Honorable Mention 2020 (professional)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
There are many temples and monuments in Angkor Park in Cambodia. But few have the draw that Bayon has every day. With hundreds of carved faces to photograph, it can be challenging to find just the right set to photograph in the right light. I've learned over the years that photographing the Bayon temple at the end of the day, just before we're ushered out of the park, is when the faces look their best. This set of faces were photographed just after 5pm in early December 2019.
