ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Gray rock formations sculpted by the São Miguel River, which crosses the Vale da Lua in the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, Goiás, Brazil. This photo was taken in June 2018.

Brazilian photographer currently living in Los Angeles.
Rebeca has a Bachelor of Social Communication and Journalism from FACHA (Faculdades Integradas Hélio Alonso), in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Her final project was a short documentary called “É Camelô Mesmo” that was selected to be part of the Jornada de TCC e de IC 2013 of FACHA winning 2nd place in the documentary category.
She also graduated from Casa das Artes de Laranjeiras where she completed the Professional Program for Actors.
As a photographer, Rebeca has built her career through headshots, corporate events, weddings and theatre photography.
She has also worked as an Assistant Photographer for Gustavo Malheiros in several projects, including the book and documentary Tempestade.
In partnership with her husband, she created audio/visual publicity content for TV and social media for the musical Bibi: Uma Vida Em Musical.
As a cinematographer, Rebeca filmed the short-movie Mona, part of the AIC Filmworks student program in 2017.
In the same year, she became part of the working team at PetMedia. As the head of the audiovisual department, Rebeca leads the filming and editing of institutional videos as well as pet content for the TV and social media platforms.
