Wildlife: Honorable Mention 2020 (professional)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
An African Leopardess of Maasai mara national park in Kenya making a long jump from one side of the Mara river to the other side in an attempt to reach her newborn cubs, whom she left hours ago to get the food she hid under a tree on the previous night. Meantime, cubs smelled a threat and started making the unique call that the mother picked up immediately.
AUTHOR
I’m a Tea Taster by profession and Nature and Wildlife has been a big part of my life since I was very young. About 8 years ago I left my full-time job and started travelling around the world and observe completely different species to each other in different parts of the world, whilst building my own line of business. A big part of the reason for leaving my job was also the desire to get involved more in studying and photographing nature and wildlife. Since then, I have travelled across Asia, Africa, Central & North America, Europe, and Arctics doing what I like most. For my wildlife photography, I have won many international awards
