ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I wanted to capture the overall form of the subject with its abstract twisting swirls and curls.

One can clearly see the signs of how it was originally machined during manufacture, but now shows signs of wear and age with visible patina coming through on the metal.

I have always loved photography. What I really enjoy is taking images that first and foremost appeal to me. They must always evoke a memory of a past event or an experience - the coldness of the snow, the taste of coffee, the smell of a perfume, the music which was playing at the time and most importantly, family and friends. To me, photography is a true art form which must have an emotional connection.

I have a fairly eclectic style. Basically, if I like it, I'll shoot it.

Photography for me is a journey of continual innovation and improvement - always striving to be better and trying to look at things in a different way - the inspiring moment, a dash of the unexpected and a hint of the unknown.
