NHOW AMSTERDAM RAI

Amsterdam is growing in every way. That includes the right facilities. Since the creation of the Zuidas, Amsterdam RAI has been in need of a renewed urban face. A tender was issued for the development of a hotel in the Groene Zoom: the triangle between the RAI, A10 and Europaboulevard. Eleven parties participated. COD, Being Development, OMA and NH Hotel Group joined forces and were ultimately chosen as the winner. The groundbreaking design with the three characteristic twisted triangular volumes is derived from the once so typical triangular advertising column "The Signal" on the Europaplein
