ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The urban jungle can be a dangerous, bewilderingly complex, or fast-paced environment, an area characterized by ruthless competition, struggle, or exploitation.

The metropolis of traffic noise, pollution, and huge concrete buildings.

Birds soaring through the air stir our souls, motivating us to rise above earthly concerns.

Birds are generally known to symbolize freedom and represent having the wings of possibilities with the freedom of flight.

AUTHOR
I have been interested and practising photography from the age of around 15. In another life I spent time as a professional dark room manager.

My life changed dramatically when serious illness, which included major construction of a new stomach.
The route back to a near normal life was to devote myself to a deeper study and interest in photography.

Many things inspire me to take photos; music, books and the thought of being back in hospital where even walking can not be taken for granted.

I can no longer use or handle heavy cameras with long lens because of the weakness in my arms, so I use a smaller camera enabling to shoot with ease in variety of situations.

I strive for simple dynamic powerful pictures.
