AUTHOR
A native of Finland and now living in Sweden, Elina Immonen is a photographer and a biologist. She received her doctorate from the University of St Andrews, UK, and is now an assistant professor at the Uppsala University.

Her work is about our relationship with nature and she often explores it through self-portraits.
