ENTRY DESCRIPTION
In November 2019 I visited the North Coast of Devon. The weather was stormy with Gale force 10 winds whipping up the sands. Overnight it rained heavily and roads were flooded. This beach had superb sand patterns caused by the wind but almost solidified by the heavy rain. Unsurprisingly there were not many people about, just the one lonely figure having an early morning walk with his dog. Everything seemed so quiet after the previous days wind but there was still a mist in the air from the rough seas.
