ENTRY DESCRIPTION
My work was photographed in June 2021 in Guilin, Guangxi, China. It is called Longji Terrace, which is distributed between 300 meters and 1100 meters above sea level on Longji Mountain, with a maximum slope of 50 degrees. It is said that Longji Terrace has a history of more than 2000 years. At that time, ancient people digged the mountain surface for farmland, and planted agricultural crops along the contour. After generations of cultivation and construction, they finally formed such a large-scale landscape. To enjoy the marvelous landscape from a higher viewpoint, I spent 3 hours hiking and finally reached the mountain top. I was totally shocked by the scenary and had to highly praise the wisdom and diligence of ancient Chinese people.
