ENTRY DESCRIPTION
First light over Seattle, Washington. Peaks and valleys as far as you can see. But the sun rays steal the show.
One of my photo mentors told me, "The best part of taking your camera with you is that you never know what you may come home with." He's right, again.

Forever in love with image making, Greg Hatton is a cameraman with the self-admitted purpose of creating meaningful images that offer perspective and communicate the realities of life to viewers across the globe.
A native to Los Angeles (now based between Los Angeles and Kaneohe, Hawaii) Greg is a self taught cinematographer and photographer who followed his passion into Hollywood where he continues to work with and learn from some of the industry greats such as Johnny Simmons, ASC, Gill Hubbs, ASC and renowned photographers Frank Jackson and Douglas Kirkland.
Greg’s work has been heavily influenced by cinema, as well as by photographers Gordon Parks, Roy DeCarava, Frank Jackson, William Klein and Abbas. He is inspired by the beauty and rawness of reality.
