Landscapes: Honorable Mention 2021 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Walking on the coastal path near my home in Devon UK in April this year (2021) the skies were blue and I did not feel inspired with the landscape. April is Springtime with the weather normally warming up. This day was particularly cold. On my way back this extraordinary stormy sky developed over a field of oil seed rape. I later realised it was an approaching snow storm, rare in April. Infrared seemed appropriate as the rape field was white against the threatening skies. So much evidence this year all over the world of climate change.
