ENTRY DESCRIPTION
A tusker emerge from the tall elephant grass jungle at Kaziranga National Park in Assam under an overcast sky, just after the rain had stopped. The asiatic elephant population in Eastern India is under a lot of stress due to human-animal conflict, However, the elephant population in Kaziranga is thriving under the watchful eyes of the park rangers.
