ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This photo has been taken before the Pandemic. Together with my friend (who got famous with photo) we spent days flat on our belly to get shots like this. Amazing experience with these little ground squirrels. Shot with D850 Nikon and @200 F2 at F2.

I am currently living in the Netherlands.

I love to make photo's of wild animals in particular. To capture the emotion of animals you have to know the behaviour. A lot of time is involved with spotting animals and building a relationship with them. Only then an animal will feel comfortable enough to display his natural behaviour.

Next to this i am really investing time to shoot black and white landscapes. I really helps to try to see the composition beforehand in black and white. A big advantage is that i don't have to get up out of bed early to shoot a sunrise :)
