ENTRY DESCRIPTION
What a chance to get a shot of a strutting peacock! Many "eyes" and a nice pattern to the spread. I like the way he is off center a bit so his scalloped feathers show.

AUTHOR
I have been burning film since the 80's and now shoot both film and digital. I studied photography at VCU then JTCC and graduated in 1988. My work has been varied shooting portraits, events, landscapes as well as action sports such as rodeos, kayak competitions and auto races to name a few. I like to shoot whatever catches my eye. There is beauty in just about everything and I have found it in traveling as well as my backyard. One only needs to be observant to find it. Some of my work has been published and some businesses have used my work to promote their products. My photos have also been used to promote musical events by individual entertainers. For a number of years I had a small studio and a darkroom where I spent many Friday nights pulling all nighters turning out b&w as well as color photos. I enjoy my work and continue to do so.
