ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Architecture inspired by the waterfall, composed of organic, layered forms. The flowing lines combined with the curved glass surfaces create an almost surreal, graphic image of a dynamic office building.

AUTHOR
Marcel van Balken is a conceptual photographer from the Netherlands with an absolute preference for photographing architectural spaces and buildings in a play of light and shadow. He uses often abstract shapes and creates an almost surrealistic decor through the addition of man. Constructions and shapes, lines and surfaces photographed in sharp contrast with the insignificance of humans.
