ENTRY DESCRIPTION
For a year I photographed my emotions: to learn to express myself, to accept them and finally review them from a new point of view.
Working on my self-esteem, I took pictures only with my mobile phone to set myself the necessary limits to believe in my abilities.

AUTHOR
Sara Bolognini is an Italian Photographer living in Barcelona. She works with Therapeutic Photography helping people in their personal, emotional and self-esteem growth process. Completely self-taught she start studying photography in 2012 working like a Food and Still-life Photographer. During the pandemia she found a new way to express herself through photography and to combine her ever-lively intention to grow and learn.
